Privacy Policy

When you book or pay, we collect your name, phone number, email (optional in some cases), Instagram handle if you give it, and session details like date, time and length.

Payments are processed by Square. We never see or store your full card number.

When you message our Instagram account, we receive your Instagram username, display name and the messages you send us.

To confirm and manage your booking, send booking texts and reminders, process payments, answer your questions, and prevent fraud.

Instagram messages are answered by our team and by an automated assistant that replies with studio info (rates, location, booking links). A team member can step in at any time. We only reply to messages you send us and never send unsolicited messages.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with services that help us run the studio: Square (payments), Twilio (text messages), Google Calendar (scheduling), Meta/Instagram (messaging), and our AI provider to draft message replies — and when required by law.

We keep booking and message records as long as needed for business, tax and legal purposes. To ask us to delete your information, including Instagram messages, email lvrecordingstudio@gmail.com or DM @lvrecordingstudio and we'll handle it within 30 days.

You can reply STOP to any text from us to stop receiving them.
